Start here!
We’re glad you’re here!
St Andrew the Great is a growing church, with lots going on. We’ve got a page for newcomers for those who are just connecting with us and with Christian faith. But where next – you want to get involved, but where do you start? What does it mean to belong to StAG?
Our vision is to be a church family in which every person has a part to play, involved and invested in living for Jesus together, as part of our shared calling: “The Gospel to Cambridge. Gospel workers to the World.” Here are four key ways to be an active participant in this:
Small groups are a great way for us to get connected, make friends, dig deep into God’s word together and grow in our faith. Meeting regularly with a small group is a super way to build deeper relationships in a large church.
God has provided for our every need in Jesus, so we want to be a generous church in response. Giving financially is one way to do this – we use this money for gospel purposes both here in Cambridge and with partners we support elsewhere.
4. Serve
We each have a part to play and there are a wide range of roles – some include teaching or leadership, others are more practical. Small group leaders can offer advice, and check out the ‘Serving at StAG’ link in My ChurchSuite to find out more.
Weekly Updates
Our weekly email is sent out each Friday, with details of what’s going on in the life of our church. It’s a great way to keep up with what’s happening. If you’ve not yet signed up on the “I’m new” page, you can sign up below and we’ll be in touch.
