Director of Operations
We are seeking to recruit a Director of Operations – someone who can play a pivotal role in transforming StAG’s vision into action. The post offers the right person the chance to impact the future of our city-centre, sending church, both by releasing pastoral staff for Bible ministry, and by harnessing the post-holder’s significant expertise, experience and initiative to shape our structures and processes. The person appointed will ensure operational priorities are maintained tactically and strategically, and would hold ultimate overall responsibility for operational and facilities management and infrastructure. As a key member of the church’s senior leadership team, we are looking for someone who will bring spiritual maturity, as well as strategic insight and exceptional relational leadership to this dynamic role.
This is a permanent position, with a preferred start date of September 2025. The post is preferably full-time (38 hours per week), although for the right applicant, consideration may be given for part-time arrangements. Download the full recruitment pack here. Youth Worker
We are seeking to recruit a Youth Worker to oversee ministry amongst 11-18 year olds. This is an opportunity for a Bible-loving and well-organised Christian man or woman to work prayerfully with a range of leaders to support evangelism and discipleship amongst young people, in partnership with parents. The role is well-suited to someone who is considering ministry long-term, who has some basic training and experience, and would like more of that before undertaking further training.
This is a permanent, full-time position (45 hours over 6 days per week). Preferred start date late August/early September 2025. Contact the church office for a recruitment pack.
