Female Student Worker
God has given us an amazing opportunity to be working in the heart of Cambridge with large numbers of undergraduate students from around the world. We are seeking to appoint a godly and gifted Christian woman to join our team as a Female Student Worker.
The role includes:
• Bible teaching to students, teaching seminars, leading small group Bible studies, training Bible study group leaders.
• 1-2-1 discipleship and pastoral care of female students.
• Some practical responsibilities and wider church responsibilities such as taking part in the leading of services or evangelistic courses.
• Ongoing training and ministry development.
We are looking for a godly and spiritually mature individual, who is in agreement with the church’s ethos, has relevant experience, and who will work well in a team.
Anticipated start date: late-August / early-September 2026 preferred, although for the right candidate we would be prepared to wait longer.

Interviews will be held shortly after the closing date. Prior to interview, we normally request references, and shortlisted applicants will be asked to complete a safeguarding Confidential Declaration form.
