Being a fresher is really exciting, but it can also be quite daunting with a new city, new friends and a new course to get used to. We'd love to help you make the most of your first few months of university, so we've got lots of activities for you to chose from.
A first step might be to come to one of our services at 10am, 11.30am or 5pm. Good ways to meet other students include Student Lunch on Sundays and Focus on Tuesdays.
If you’ve never really thought about Christianity before, University is a great opportunity to do that. Arena is a five week course that gives you a chance to ask your questions and get to grips with Jesus.

StAG was key to me settling into life in Cambridge as a Christian- it was really easy to get to know others which was great when I was finding my feet and working out what it looked like to follow Jesus as a Fresher. The teaching was so clear and relevant that I found myself excited about living for Jesus and I wanted to bring friends along knowing that they'd be made to feel really welcome.
