Meeting up with families

There are lots of ways to get to know families at St Andrew the Great. If you want to meet more of them, then you might try the 10am service. If you want to help them out, then consider volunteering at crèche during that service. And we always invite a few families onto our Great Escapes.

If you’d like to be meeting regularly with a Christian at a different stage of life from your own, just email the This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it and we can organise that for you.

A couple of times a year, families open up their homes to students for a special Sunday lunch. The first opportunity this year has passed but the next will be on May 16th 2010.

During term we get far too absorbed in the crazy Cambridge life, and Link-up Lunch provides a great opportunity to escape this and experience some normality again. A welcoming, hospitable family, delicious home-cooked food, odd assortments of pets - what better way to spend a Sunday afternoon?
